From Monday 3rd October 2016, responsibility for addressing all third party information requests to PSNI is now being processed centrally by the Urban Occurrence and Case Management Team (OCMT) located in Belfast instead of the previous regional arrangements which have operated to date. The postal address is as follows: Urban Region OCMT, PSNI, 18 Lislea Drive, Belfast, BT09 7JG
All requests should be made on a Form OCMT 4 (General Incidents) or OCMT 5 (Road Traffic Collisions). These forms and some useful associated guidance along with fees to be charged can be found on the PSNI website.
Members should note that this guidance refers specifically to third party requests for information. It does not supersede the PSNI Data Protection / Freedom of Information Policies and/or any existing protocol or Memoranda of Understanding between the PSNI and other Governmental and non -Governmental bodies.
