The Legal Aid and Coroners’ Courts Bill, which has just passed Consideration Stage in the Assembly, provides for the constitution and procedure of Appeal Panels to be prescribed in Regulations to consider and adjudicate on appeals against decisions made by the proposed new Legal Services Agency which is due to be established in Spring 2015.
On 30 September 2014, the Department placed a notification of the recruitment of Panel Members on its website.
