Dear Member
We have been asked by the Law Society to circulate the attached notice from, the NICTS
It relates to a decision taken by the NICTS to cease (with some exceptions) with effect from 10 April 2017 to answer routine enquiries from practitioners in respect of Family Court Business and instead to encourage court users to access the information on ICTO.
The Society intends monitoring the operation of these arrangements. Accordingly if anyone experiences difficulty with them they should use the NICTS feedback contact referred to in the Notice and inform the Society.
In relation to ICTO if anyone:
- requires further information on registering this can be accessed at http://www.courtsni.gov.uk/en-GB/Services/Online_Services/Pages/default.aspx#ICOSCaseTracking
- seeks further information on using it, there are a number of FAQs which can be accessed at http://www.courtsni.gov.uk/en-GB/Services/Online_Services/Pages/p_s_ICOS_Case_Tracking_Online_FAQ.aspx and a Guide which can be downloaded from https://www.courtsni.gov.uk/en-GB/Services/Online_Services/Documents/ICOS%20Case%20Tracking%20Online%20Apr%2016.pdf
