Paul Dougan, Chair of Belfast Solicitor’s Association helps launch a new and innovative event focusing on financial crime
On 6th November at Crumlin Road Gaol, Forensic Accountants Harbinson Mulholland will be hosting a seminar which will provide critical insight into key areas of financial crime and is essential for anyone involved in the prosecution or defence of cases with POCA implications.
Hosted in partnership with Belfast Solicitor’s Association and the Bar Council, the event features presentations from practitioners, professional experts and a member of the Judiciary who will be providing a keynote address on POCA and the impact of (R v Waya).
Delegates can claim 3 hours general CPD credit from the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the event will conclude with a Q&A session, giving delegates access to the experts in an open forum.
