Pilot Substance Misuse Court in Laganside Courts
Early in the new year Laganside Courts will be running a pilot ‘Substance Misuse Court’ with Presiding District Judge (MC) Bagnall. Judge Bagnall is keen to host an event for members of the legal profession to raise awareness of this project. See below for details of when this event will be held:-
On Thursday 1 February 2018 there will be a presentation in Court 16 explaining the objectives of the pilot and how in practice this will work. A buffet lunch will be provided at 12.30pm and solicitors can obtain CPD points by attending.
