CPD Event for Belfast Solicitors (Criminal)
PROBLEM SOLVING JUSTICE
PILOT SUBSTANCE MISUSE COURT
A pilot Substance Misuse Court is scheduled to commence in Belfast Magistrates’ Court in February 2018 for twelve months.
The Northern Ireland Courts & Tribunals Service is holding an engagement event for key local stakeholders as follows:
Date: 1 February 2018
Time: 12.30 pm – 2.00pm
Venue: Court 16, Laganside Courts Complex
Lunch: A light lunch will be provided
CPD: Attendance will attract one CPD point of Client Care and Management

This event is to inform legal representatives about this forthcoming initiative which forms part of the wider reform agenda around problem solving justice.
The Presiding Judge involved in the problem solving court will be present and there will be an opportunity for stakeholders to have a Question & Answer session with representatives from the partner agencies involved in delivering the pilot programme.
